There are a couple options to request a replacement Eagle Scout card:
- Order from the Scout Shop.
- Order from Dan Beard Council (DBC) by contacting Sandra Wallach.
No, unfortunately not. The National Eagle Scout Association (NESA) charter only allows for Eagle Scouts to join NESA or any of the local NESA chapters such as the DBC Eagle Scout Assocation (ESA). However, the ESA recommends that all Eagle Scouts and recipients of the Venturing Summit Award and/or Sea Scout Quartermaster Award join the American chapter of the Association of Top Achiever Scouts (ATAS-USA).
