Spring into Camping

Spring into Camping is a fun opportunity for packs to get outdoors and have fun. Scouts can also get a taste of the Cub Camp Adventures! summer camp program and learn more about camp. Troops from around the council, as well as members of the summer camp staff will be running activities at Cub World on Saturday, April 30. Activities run from 9 am-4 pm. Please pack a lunch if you plan to stay all day.
Scouts will experience many exciting activities such as:
- Shoot BB guns and bows and arrows
- Fish from the new Fishing Shack
- Play games in the fields
- Hike the nature trail
- Try out some of the new STEM programs
- Much more
If you were originally planning on camping at Spring into Camping, you are still welcome. Areas will be set up for Packs to camp. Packs will need to provide their own food, and programming outside of the 9-4 time frame is on your own.
Spring into Camping is set up like a carnival or festival. Activities will be set up all over Cub World, and the Scouts can choose which ones to participate in. If there is a long line at BB guns, they can go to Archery. If they love STEM more than anything else, they can keep going back.
