Providing a quality, year-round Scouting program should be the goal of every Scouting unit. The Program Kickoff will provide this year’s program planning guide and share a number of recent updates, resources, events, and provide information that will aid your unit. At the core, we’ll also provide some guidance on how to develop an annual program plan, a budget to go along with that plan, and a fundraising plan to reach program goals. The result is a well-managed, well-financed Scouting unit.
This year, you’ll be able to personalize your experience by choosing from one of the elective breakout sessions when you register. Also, there will be partner agencies in attendance that provide programming for Scouts. A list will be provided at a later date, and those in attendance will have the opportunity to choose the agencies that they are interested in learning more about.
