2021 Summer Camp Campsite Requests

This process will work in tandem with the 2020 refund schedule. Please be sure to submit the online Summer Camp Refund Form at www.danbeard.org/Summer-Camp-Refund-Form prior to June 8th.
Now – June 8, 2020 at Noon
Units who chose to roll over their deposit for camp will automatically be placed in their current campsite to hold their spot for 2021, at their current estimated numbers (not the current number of registered participants).
June 10, 2020 at Noon – June 17, 2020 at Noon
On June 10th, units who chose to roll over their deposit will be sent the updated 2021 Campsite Availability chart. At this time, they will have the opportunity to select a different campsite and/or change their estimated numbers. The request to change your campsite must be submitted by completing the Campsite Change Request Form which will be available here on June 10th at noon. Requests to switch campsites will be on a first-come first-serve basis and must be communicated via the form above to ensure a time-stamp. Your current campsite will be held until we can confirm that your newly requested campsite is available. If your newly requested campsite is available, your reservation will be moved to the new campsite and your old campsite will be released.

The registration links for all weeks and the Campsite Availability Chart will be posted online here at www.danbeard.org/attendcampfriedlander. An email reminder will be sent to all Dan Beard Council units, as well as out-of-council units who have attended Camp Friedlander in the past three years.
