Rachel Ennis serves as the Vice President of Marketing for the Dan Beard Council, one of the largest local councils of Scouting America, where she leads strategic marketing initiatives to grow membership, elevate brand awareness, and drive community engagement across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

With over 20 years of experience in marketing, Rachel brings deep expertise in branding, digital strategy, and user experience (UX), with a strong track record of success across the real estate, franchise, and nonprofit sectors. Her work has consistently focused on building authentic, results-driven campaigns that connect mission to audience and strengthen organizational impact.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and is known for her collaborative leadership, creative problem-solving, and passion for empowering youth through purpose-driven communication.

When she’s not shaping the next chapter of Scouting’s story, Rachel enjoys kayaking, hiking, and traveling with her 3 kids.
