Will is a lifelong Scout and Scouter from the State of Delaware, where he was born and raised. With 29 years of experience as a youth member, dedicated volunteer, and professional, he brings a deep passion for the Scouting program. An Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor Arrowman, Will now serves as the Membership Executive for the Trailblazer District at Dan Beard Council.
