Phil has been with the Dan Beard Council for over 10 years. He has held many roles, including Customer Service Representative, Program Assistant, and Administrative Assistant to the Deputy Scout Executive. Phil assumed his current role as Office Manager in 2022.

As a lifelong Scout, he’s deeply committed to supporting the organization and its mission. Starting his Scouting journey as a Tiger Cub, Phil has experienced all of the amazing opportunities and lessons Scouting has to offer. His most memorable Scouting moment is attending NJLIC at Philmont in 2004.

Outside of work, Phil is a proud father of two, an avid hockey fan, and enjoys riding his motorcycle whenever he gets the chance.
