Jeanie Gross is thrilled to serve Scouts as a Membership Executive for the Queen City District. While not having had the blessing of growing up in Scouts, she credits the Boy Scouts for having built her Eagle Scout, husband into the man he is today. The National FFA Association was the organization that built Jeanie. She served the Ohio FFA Assoiation as the District 7 President in 2013-2014. Through her position with the Ohio  FFA Association, she was able to travel the state of Ohio to deliver keynote speeches and facilitate workshops in front of hundreds of high school students and faculty.

Jeanie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Ohio University where she served as her fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega, President. She has had experience in management, training and development, as a department of defense contract officer, and most recently as an event planner. She founded her own women’s group in 2024, called, Self Care Sisterhood, which provides free and low cost events to help women prioritize self care. Jeanie’s passion in life is to serve and help others reach their INFINITE potential. She is ready to continue her service to the community through Scouting America.
