Keli Witt serves as the Vice President of Membership for the Dan Beard Council, Scouting America, where she leads efforts to grow and sustain Scouting across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. With a strong background in youth development and nonprofit leadership, Keli brings a focused approach to sustainable growth and measurable impact—expanding access to Scouting in underserved communities and forging lasting partnerships with schools, faith organizations, and civic groups.
Although new to the Cincinnati area, Keli began her career with Scouting America at the Del-Mar-Va Council in Dover, Delaware, where she developed a deep foundation in membership growth and community engagement. She has also held leadership roles with the Girl Scouts and worked as an educational facilitator supporting families in the foster care system, giving her a well-rounded perspective on youth-serving programs.
Keli has built a career focused on mission-driven growth, team development, and meaningful community impact. Outside of work, when not out championing Scouting, you’ll likely find her wrangling her six dogs—yes, six—or exploring her new city one local staple at a time.
