Katrina joined Dan Beard Council as a Marketing Intern in the fall of 2026, bringing her passion for marketing, creativity, and business operations to the team. Currently completing her degree at the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business, she is studying Marketing and Operations Management and enjoys finding ways to combine both areas to help organizations work more effectively and connect with their audiences.

Through her internship, Katrina has enjoyed gaining hands-on experience in marketing communications, digital content, and organizational projects while learning more about the Scouting community and the impact it has on youth. She especially enjoys using creativity and strategy to help tell the Dan Beard Council story and support its mission of developing young people into tomorrow’s leaders.

Outside of work and school, Katrina enjoys playing volleyball, painting, crafting, going on walks, and exploring the Cincinnati area. She is always looking for new experiences, a fun coffee, and opportunities to get involved in her community.
