Jason Neal serves as the General Manager of Properties for the Dan Beard Council, where he oversees the maintenance, development, and operations of council camp properties. An Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of the Order of the Arrow, Jason’s lifelong connection to Scouting continues to shape his commitment to service and leadership.

Before joining the Boy Scouts professionally, Jason served in the United States Army and held various roles in factory maintenance, gaining hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and equipment management—skills that now play a critical role in managing camp infrastructure and supporting youth programs.

Jason lives on camp with his wife, Alicia, and is a proud father to two children: Audrey, 21, and Wyatt, 17 (who is working on his eagle). In his free time, he enjoys attending NHRA drag racing events, hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his family outdoors.
