Doug Martin serves as the Major Gifts Officer at the Dan Beard Council, Scouting America.  With over 25 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, Doug has previously held leadership roles at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and the American Heart Association. He has built his career focused on raising philanthropic funds to support mission driven strategies that positively impact families and the community. Doug holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and his master’s degree from Xavier University.  Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, as well as enjoying the outdoors.
