Dawn Miklavcic is the Dan Beard Scout Shop Store Manager. She has been in many types of retail in the past, and hopes she found her “forever home” as she loves the Scout Shop retail.

Dawn was born in Illinois and lived in many towns until moving to Cincinnati when she was heading into fifth grade. She grew up in the Girl Scouts and received her Gold Award. She loves what Scouting can offer to youth.

When not at work, Dawn enjoys gardening, playing softball, reading, and going to the ocean or a lake.
