Cheryl Henke joined the team in 2025 as a Membership Executive to lead the Little Miami District. A Cincinnati native, Cheryl graduated from Madeira High School and acquired a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Bowling Green State University. As an advocate for youth engagement, she is thrilled to be a part of all that is “Scouting America!”

After a successful career in Chicago, Cheryl returned to Ohio to being closer to her family, who worked in many of the school districts that she currently will serve. She’s coached youth sports, been a mentor for Big Brothers/Big Sisters and even enjoyed being a substitute teacher while living in NW Ohio.

With her passion for leadership and Scouting, she looks forward to bringing her natural enthusiasm to the Dan Beard Council and provide a positive path for youth to be connected with activities for personal growth & development.
