Andy serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Scout Executive of the Dan Beard Council, leading one of our region’s largest youth leadership development organizations in Greater Cincinnati as well as one of the most iconic local Councils in all of Scouting America.

With over two decades of professional Scouting experience, including executives roles in the Hawkeye Area Council (Cedar Rapids, IA), Dan Beard Council, Greater St. Louis Area Council (St. Louis, MO) and again in Dan Beard Council,, Andy is dedicated to building strong communities by developing the next generation of leaders.
