Alysia Bauer joined Dan Beard Council as Creative Director in 2023 and brings her creative energy to everything from flyers and graphics to website updates and just about every in between. A proud graduate of Northern Kentucky University (Class of 2018), she loves using design to tell a story and make an impact.

New to the world of Scouting, Alysia enjoys soaking up all the knowledge she can and finds it rewarding to contribute to a program that supports youth and helps shape tomorrow’s leaders.

Residing in Kettering, Ohio, Alysia is a self-proclaimed cat enthusiast with four furry friends at home. In her free time, you’ll usually find her reading, catching up on TV shows, or spending time with family and friends — preferably with snacks involved.
