An Eagle Scout from the Dan Beard Council, Alex has maintained a lifelong commitment to Scouting and service. He worked on staff at Dan Beard Council summer camps from 2010 to 2015 and has continued to volunteer in a variety of roles, including maintenance support, summer camp operations, Spook-O-Ree, and Peterloon.

His passion for conservation has taken him beyond the council, contributing to projects in Michigan and Alaska, as well as working with the U.S. Forest Service on conservation efforts and wildland firefighting and rescue across Alaska, Montana, Utah, and California. Professionally, he serves as a superintendent in commercial construction, specializing in healthcare and education projects, bringing leadership, precision, and a strong work ethic to every endeavor.
