Advance Auto Parts Sign-Up Details
We have approval to sell at all Advance Auto Parts in our council area. Sign-ups will be managed using one central sign-up list located here.
Please review these storefront safety guidelines before signing up for any shifts.
Rules for Sign-Ups at Advance Auto Parts
- Sign-Ups for storefront shifts at Advance Auto Parts locations will begin on Tuesday, September 8th at 8pm. At that time, each unit may select up to a max of 6 shifts to allow a window for everyone to select a few storefront opportunities.
- Beginning Wednesday, September 9th at 8pm, you may log back in and select more shifts for your unit.
- Please only select shifts that you intend to work and/or have a Scout willing to attend. Please relinquish any shifts that you are not able to fill.
Shift Times
Monday-Friday: 1 available shift each day from 4-7pm
Saturday-Sunday: 3 available shifts each day; 9am-12pm, 12-3pm, 3-7pm
Bass Pro Shops Sign-Up Details
The Bass Pro Shops location near Fairfield and Forest Park at Cincinnati Mills has agreed to allow popcorn storefronts. Sign-ups will be managed using one Bass Pro sign-up list located here.

Rules for Sign-Ups at Bass Pro
- Bass Pro Shops is located in Ft. Hamilton District, therefore as in past years, Ft. Hamilton units will have an initial window to sign-up at this location.
- Sign-Ups for storefront shifts at Bass Pro will begin for all units on Tuesday, September 8th at 8pm. At that time, each unit may select up to a max of 3 weekend shifts to allow a window for everyone to select a few storefront opportunities.
- Beginning Wednesday, September 9th at 8pm, you may log back in and select more shifts for your unit.
- Please only select shifts that you intend to work and/or have a Scout willing to attend. Please relinquish any shifts that you are not able to fill.
Shift Times
Monday-Friday: 1 available shift each day from 5-8pm
Saturday-Sunday: 3 available shifts each day;
10:30am-1:30pm, 1:30-4:30pm, 4:30-8pm
Kroger Show & Sell Sign-Up Details
Kroger sign-ups are still undetermined. As we continue to discuss the current environment with Kroger and learn more, we will be sure to keep you updated.
Should storefronts become a reality, we will contact everyone at the main email address you provided during registration with as much advance notice as possible to allow for a proper sign-up window. Initial sign-ups will be limited and monitored.
