Nature Adventure Day 2018
![]() |
Nature Adventure Day is a FREE field trip provided to Learning for Life Schools. We welcome 1 bus per school to the Dan Beard Council’s Cub World for a day comprised of environmental education, team building activities, and character education. Nature Adventure Day should be used as an incentive for students who display exceptional behavior throughout the school year.
Date: Thursday, May 10, 2018
Time: 9 am – 3 pm (The camp is open during these hours. However, your school’s time may be different depending on the bus schedule.)
Location: Cub World in Loveland, OH (6035 Price Road, Loveland, OH 45140)
Transportation:
Learning for Life will cover the cost of transportation if the school can’t provide their own for the day. Events for the Day: The students will rotate between stations. There will be 8-12 total stations. Stations include SPCA, Rumpke, Duke Energy, Fitness Trail, Tug-O-War, Healthy Eating, etc. Lunch: Lunch will be provided for the students and adults. Last year, lunch consisted of sandwiches, pretzels, a banana, and a cookie. We can accommodate any dietary needs for students if necessary. Please note this on the roster form. Volunteers: Our volunteers and donors are the backbone of Nature Adventure Day. Our volunteers consist of many young professionals, so take time to thank them throughout the day!
