To register online, start by selecting/clicking the location you would like to register for.

1. Fairfield High School (North/West Area): January 30, February 13, February 27  –  (Snow Date March 5)

2. Sycamore High School (Central Area): January 30, February 6, February 20 –  (Snow Date Feb. 27)
– Also available- Den Chief Training and Adult Leader Trainings (Venturing Leader Specific, Boy Scout Leader Specific, etc.)

3. Bethel Area at Grant Career Center (East Area): February 6, February 20, & March 5, 2016 –  (Snow date 3/19)

4. Dixie Heights High School (South Area): March 5, and March 19, 2016

Session A = 8:30-9:45

Session B = 10:00-11:15

Session C = 11:30-12:45

Session A-B = 8:30-11:15

Session A-C = 8:30-12:45

Fairfield Location:

Session A = 8:30-9:45

Session B = 10:00-11:15

Session C = 11:30-12:45

Session D:  8:30 – 11:15 am

Session E:  10:00am to 12:45 pm

Session F:  8:30 am to 12:45 pm

Dixie Location:
Session A = 8:30-9:50

Session B = 10:05-11:25

Session C = 12:05-1:25

Session D = 1:40-3:00

Session A-B = 8:30-11:25

Session B-C = 10:05-1:25

Updated overview video of the registration process.  The video now also shows how to make an edit/change using the grey summary box when going through registration.  Did you accidentally click the wrong activity?  Remove it using the summary box (not the browser back button).  Use the Scout Info Collection Sheet below to collect each participants information prior to online registration.

Merit Badge Challenge is available to all registered Boy Scouts. This popular event improves advancement for all attending troops/crews and provides our youth the opportunity to explore vocations and new hobbies.

Each Scout has the opportunity to earn up to three merit badges. Emphasis is placed on those merit badges that lend themselves to an indoor or wintertime activity such as Chemistry, Law, Computers, Communication, and Citizenship badges. Scouts/Units may register through the links at the top of this page starting on October 15th at 7pm.

This website also includes the necessary Pre-work for Merit Badges, responses to Frequently-Asked-Questions, and a copy of the registration forms. Use the class schedule matrix to help plan out your various sessions (posted Sept. 15th).

Attendance at each location is limited based on the fire capacity codes for each school. Therefore the registration at one or more schools may close out before the published Registration deadline. Attendance and availability of Merit Badges is limited. So early registration is strongly recommended.

Registration for all sites will close on December 15th or when each site is full.
