District Committee Workshop
The Dan Beard Council will be conducting our bi-annual District Operations Workshop on Saturday, March 17.
This workshop will be a time for many of our district committee members to receive some training on their important roles. Sessions will be offered for: advancement committee, training committee, camping committee, activities & program events committee, and membership committee.
The BSA’s National Commissioner, Charles Dahlquist, will be visiting the Dan Beard Council on March 17. So, we’ve elected to hold both the District Operations Workshop and the College of Commissioner Science on the same day. The events will run mostly independent of each other, but we’ll be together for an opening and at lunchtime for a keynote address from Commissioner Dahlquist.
