Two Unique and Exciting Events to Support Local Scouting in the Dan Beard Council!
Be a part of one of two exciting Dan Beard Council, Boy Scouts of America kart racing events benefiting on average over 20,000 youth and families served annually by the Dan Beard Council—the Southwest Ohio Pursuit Law Enforcement Kart Race and the Dan Beard 100 Kart Race held annually at the Motorsports Country Club, the premier kart racing track located at a private country club in Batavia, Ohio. Situated on 10 countryside acres, the Motorsports Country Club of Cincinnati features a professionally designed, twenty-six foot wide, .7 mile road course. Layouts include a 650 foot straightaway, where speeds can reach over 45 mph, inches from the ground! The twelve turn track utilizes multiple connections creating a variety of track configurations.
Sponsor a local law enforcement team as they race against other local law enforcement teams at the Southwest Ohio Pursuit Kart Race on Friday, September 23rd or come out and race at the Dan Beard 100 Kart Race on Saturday, September 24th for an afternoon of fun. The Dan Beard 100 Kart Race is perfect for any group looking to have a fun day together. Our Pro Am approach is designed for competitive groups as well as those who just want have fun driving. All teams are welcome and are made up of 4 drivers (male/female/both).
In addition to the racing fun, the day includes lunch & dinner, soft drinks & adult beverages, a car show, raffle, silent auction, event t‐shirt and awards!
Your donation supports the premier youth leadership development program in the nation. Scouting develops young people through activities like summer camp, National Youth Leadership Training and develops the next generation of leaders of character.
