Definitions

Membership Inventory – the process of reconciling registered members to actual members. This is an important step in annual recharter process and is conducted by the Unit Commissioner and the Unit Committee.

Leadership Inventory – the process of reconciling registered leaders to actual leaders. This is conducted by the Unit Commissioner and the Unit Committee to assess the number of adult leaders in the unit and to develop a plan of action to ensure that there is and will be adequate leadership at the unit.
