App Tips: Assigning Inventory
ASSIGNING INVENTORY TO A STOREFRONT
Navigate to the storefront main page under Sales>Storefront Sales on the left menu. Find the storefront you would like to edit. Use the drop-down menu under the title ACTIONS to select an action for that storefront.
Select Manage Payments and Inventory
Then click on the Blue GO button.
Here you will see the quantity (from your initial order) of available product to check out (Quantity at Unit) and the quantity at the store front site.
Add the number of cases you would like to move to the storefront site in the right-hand column. In this example, we are sending 12 cases of a few different products to the storefront.
Click the Red button to Transfer the items to the storefront.
CLOSING OUT A STOREFRONT
ASSIGNING INVENTORY FROM A STOREFRONT BACK TO THE PROPER PLACE
In this example, the Storefront sale has concluded, and you would like to transfer your inventory back to the unit, or perhaps to the Scout family that took the remaining items home with them.
At the top of the Payment and Inventory page is a summary of the storefronts sales activity. This will give you a nice overview of how much was sold, how much cash is owed back, etc.
Once your storefront is concluded, you can either transfer the remaining inventory back to your unit, transfer the remaining inventory to another upcoming storefront sale, or transfer it a Scout.
The Quantity at the Site shows how much is remaining. Use the Blue Quick Fill arrows to transfer all of the quantity over for the entire group, or one particular flavor.
Then select one of the buttons at the bottom to transfer it to the correct place.
When transferring to another storefront location or to a Scout, this dialouge box comes up. Use the drop down menu to select the storefront location or the Scout that you are transferring the popcorn to.
