Boy Scout Leader Trainings

Below is a list of trainings for Boy Scout Leaders. The links will take you to the registration site.
Take advantage of a course this summer being offerd in your district or come out to Camp Friedlander and attend some training!
Youth Protection Training
This training is available online and is required before submitting your Adult Application. Check out myscouting.org today!
This is Scouting (This course is HIGHLY recommended but not required for recharter)
This training is a brief introduction to the history of Scoutinjg and why we do what we do. Stop by myscouting.org today and check it out!
Scoutmaster/Assistant Scoutmaster Specific Training
This course is required for all Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters in order to be fully trained. It is a 6-8 hour classroom based class.
Intorduction to Outdoor Leader Skills
This training is designed to teach the new leader all of the outdoor skills required to pass the First Class rank requirements. It usually goes from Friday noight to late Saturday afternoon (depending on trainer availability).
